The Competition
"Images and Words" Competition organized by Pagine publishing house in Rome, this competition seeks to discover new photography enthusiasts who can evoke deep emotions through the union of words and images.
Participants were asked to submit an original photograph paired with a quote, poem, or phrase—either their own or by a well-known author. The goal is to emphasize the connection between visual and literary art.
The competition is not only a platform for ranking submissions but also an initiative to introduce new talents to an audience seeking emotional experiences through photographic art.
The jury includes Luciano Lucarini (Publisher), Plinio Perilli (Poet), and Letizia Lucarini (Editor of Poeti e Poesia).
